All refunds will be reviewed and determination for the refund will be done in August. 

Anyone requesting a refund must submit a letter which includes: 
Contact information (Name, Address, Phone, Email)
 Sport registered in
Reason for refund
Documentation to support the refund (i.e., Dr. form, etc.)
